Please read, understand, and comply with the following:

I voluntarily participate in the 2024 National Fitness Online Sports Meeting and the 3rd Global Tai Chi Online Competition. While recording my entry, I will ensure safety and avoid large gatherings of people; the submitted videos will not contain high-difficulty or dangerous actions. I take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or disabilities that may occur during the recording of the entry or practice for the competition.

My legal heirs, agents, personal representatives, or relatives and I will waive the right to pursue compensation from the event organizers for any injuries, bodily harm, or death caused or incurred during my participation in this competition.

I agree to abide by all the competition rules set by the Chinese Wushu Association. In case of any disputes, I will follow the competition arbitration regulations.

I am responsible for the submitted video. The submitted video content will have no copyright disputes. Any copyright issues will be borne by the participating teams or individuals.

In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, I hold the copyright to the submitted video; the event organizers and sponsors have the right to publish, screen, distribute, promote, and exhibit the submitted videos, and they have priority use rights.

The videos and images on the competition website are used by the event organizers and sponsors to promote martial arts culture.

The copyright of the videos and images on the competition website belongs to the event organizers and sponsors. All videos and images are for learning and reference purposes only and do not serve as a basis for commercial activities, nor do they bear any legal liability.

Without authorization, no unit or individual may reprint or use the videos and images for commercial purposes. For commercial use, please contact the event organizers and sponsors. In case of any violations, the event organizers and sponsors will pursue legal responsibility for infringement.
